The property is just Three kilometres away from the major tourist spot Banasura Sagar Dam. The chirps, hoots and squawks of birds and the howl of winds may wake you up a bit early in the morning. This is where you realise, that you are not close with the nature, but you are nothing other than a part of this mother nature. The stay at this very one itself is a memorable experience.
It is a single villa cottage with a queen size bed with ample space. The view from the room’s sit out is mesmerizing greenery. This well-furnished villa is equipped with RO water unit, AC, Geezer, Smart TV, Wi Fi, Powe Back up etc. This offers peace and privacy to couples and family guests.

This sixty-year-old traditional house is a symbol of ethnicity, it’s a clear cut of Kerala style architecture with ‘Machu’ (Thick Wooden Ceiling, a special piece of Kerala architecture).
